While maintaining its popularity in Hawaii, Royal Mills needed to raise their branding with a package design that could lead strongly in their campaign to sell more of the product in continental US.

While keeping its familiarity at its home to the Hawaii market customers, the design was refreshed with a more bold touch to trail blaze a new mainland market. The feel of the key design elements including main typography, graphics and flavor colors were kept but enhanced with a more refreshed aesthetic which resulted in a bold new look that was eye catching and fresh, yet still held the previous traits that made it become an smooth and easy transition for customers. New product “Hawaiian Kona” was also newly released with this renewal.
