The brand was born from a simple act of love. After moving from Japan to Hawaii, Hitomi began baking cakes for her family and friends. What started in her kitchen soon blossomed into a passion — and eventually into a brand that blends the elegance of Japanese pastry craftsmanship with the bounty of Hawaii’s natural ingredients.
At the center of it all is COOK by Hitomi’s signature six-layer Mont Blanc cake. Made with fresh local eggs, topped with a delicate chestnut cream, and finished with a buttery crisp crust, it’s a dessert unlike anything Hawaii has seen before.
